Deploying and connecting Cobots using ROS.Controlling robot motion for safe interaction.Teaching Cobot motions using inverse kinematics and motion planning.Detecting and classifying objects for Cobot smart bin picking applications. We will walk through the development of the real-world applications, such as glue dispensing robots on automotive windshield glass and smart bin picking Cobots using MATLAB and Simulink. In this webinar, you will learn how to incorporate autonomous algorithms and AI tools into your Cobot applications. The development of Cobot applications relies heavily on autonomy in perception, planning, and control. A collaborative robot (Cobot) is a robot that allows humans to work alongside the robot through direct interaction without conventional safeguarding fences. These demands have stimulated interest in flexible and multi-purpose manufacturing systems through human and robot collaborations that do not endanger workers. And current markets demand reduced lead times and mass customization. Check out the discord for a full roadmap, and channel for adding your own suggestions.Constraining robots to cages limit their capabilities.Full RGB colour choice for personalisation and accessibility.Inclusion of verticality via use of multiple floors, which you can switch between. The tool is constantly growing, here are some elements that will hopefully make it into future releases: For any bug reporting or suggestions, feel free to join the SaLT discord. NOTE: The tool is currently in development so may contain bugs or have missing features. The tool is completely free, however I'm incredibly thankful for any donations made :) The primary development target is the standalone Windows version, so it may be more stable and up to date during development. You can use SaLT in the Itch.io web player above by using "Run Tool", or get the standalone Windows version by hitting the download button. Various colour options are available in the settings to cater for colour-blindness and style preferences which are saved between sessions. You have the ability to drag and drop all of the various buildings from Satisfactory and connect them via conveyors and pipes using a simple line-node based system. Importing a design is just as simple paste the text and hit the Import button. At any stage you can export your designs into a text format that can be shared via a simple copy/paste to Discord, e-mail, or other. Using the tool you can experiment with different designs to create an efficient and aesthetically pleasing factory or make a mess, your call. SaLT (Satisfactory Layout Tool) is a simple program to be used in conjunction with the Coffee Stain Studios game Satisfactory to assist in planning and layouts.
